Workstation with termo camera
Zeman, Martin ; Horák, Karel (referee) ; Richter, Miloslav (advisor)
This thesis contains an overview of physical principles concerning thermography and infra-red sensing, and a specification of a measuring instrument in a measurement system. Next, there are some particular examples of IR sensing applications. In the second part there is a thermal camera market research including individual manufacturers and models with their attributes and prices. There is a closer view of the thermal camera used for this thesis (Guide EasIR-4). In the end of the thesis there are some drafts of computer vision subject tasks (or practices), including workplace designs and solutions, and three task suggestions for bachelor or diploma theses including solution verifications.

Analysis of piezoelectric energy harvester for railway applications
Kubiš, Juraj ; Tofel, Pavel (referee) ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (advisor)
This master´s thesis deals with a piezoelectric energy generator, witch is a device that converts mechanical stress into electrical energy. It is small device that is mostly placed on vibrating structures in order to collect energy. By gluing this piezoelectric layer to the bottom of the rail, it would be a suitable power supply for the communication modules, while obtaining a sufficient amount of energy. These modules ale used as self-powered sensors stations with vision to monitor the condition of railway lines in more detail. The problem of these modules is their power supply, when the energy gain from the generators located on the railway line is insufficient. By acquiring a new energy source, this problem can be greatly simplified and lead to simpler inspection and earlier maintenance on railway lines.
Design of Diagnostic System for Small Transport Aircraft
Harasim, Tomáš ; Bencalík, Karol (referee) ; Třetina, Karel (advisor)
Due to the airliners and aircraft operators pressure on reducing the operating costs, the diagnostic systems are included in aircraft, so that the wearness of single functional elements of other functional systems can be monitored. This monitoring can save money, that are usually spent on maintenance and especially, it leads to an increase of the overall safety of aircraft operations. The task of this work is to design a diagnostic system for small transport aircraft. For the right and proper design, is the correct understanding of the functions of each part on aircraft systems needed. The part of this work is attended to the selection procedure of appropriate diagnostic parameters, next section deals with the suitable options of their scanning. I do mention the summary of the chosen diagnostic parameters for the scanning and the recomended ways of their measuring.
Designing novel catalyst loaded electrode materials towards electrochemical sensing to energy applications
Kandambath Padinjareveetil, Akshay Kumar ; Escarpa, Alberto (referee) ; Vidal, Salvador Pané (referee) ; Pumera, Martin (advisor)
Camera testing
Frigyik, Tomáš ; Kratochvíla, Lukáš (referee) ; Richter, Miloslav (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of capturing raster images using cameras and the current state of this issue, the appropriate setting of camera parameters that include external and internal parameters, the design of a measuring set for testing these parameters, while using the designed patterns generated on the monitor. This work also deals with the design of suitable models for setting parameters, the method of their generation and processing. The next part of this work shows a set of images and their processing, evaluation of the properties of the proposed processing procedure and determination of applicability of patterns.

Triboelectric Sensing Systems
Riha, David
Triboelectric phenomenon, historically, is one of many problems which engineers wantedto be avoid. However nowadays this phenomenon seems to be useful source of electrical signalfor displacement measurement. In this work all sensing elements are made from pure PVDF byelectrospinning manufacturing method. Nano fibres, which are result of the process are placed toaluminium foil naturally without mechanical rectifying. Used material was tested only for triboelectriccharge generation, although piezoelectric phenomenon was expected. We were not able toquantify it by standard methods, probably due to chaotic structure and fabric behaviour of the finalproduct. Triboelectric phenomenon is possible to measure directly, and systems are more predictable. Finally, two modes were tested, and potential advantages and disadvantages were qualified.
Hydrogen Peroxide Senzing By Dichalkogenide Quantum Dots Prepared By Lpe
Zahradníček, Radim
Signalling molecules such as hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) play crucial role in cellular metabolism. Under pathological conditions, the cell is unable to control enzymatic conversion H2O2 into water and oxygen. This fail in cell metabolism could lead to damage of cell. Thus produced H2O2 is presented at a nanomolar scale and currently there is a lack of suitable electrochemical sensors for its sensitive detection. Modification of screen printed electrodes (SPE) with 2D-nanomaterial quantum dots prepared by Liquid Phase Exfoliation (LPE). MoS2, MoSe2, WS2 and WSe2 compounds were used for this purpose. Such modified electrodes were characterized and optimized for hydrogen peroxide detection.
